Event Info

Design a costume for your favorite character in Gaia Odyssey and stand a chance to win fabulous rewards now! Let your creativity run wild and give the character a brand new look!

Of course, we won't let you do it for free - every participant in this event will be rewarded! What's more, if your design gains the most Likes, you'll even receive a special prize from us!

The prize includes Pink Diamonds, Optional Costume Chests and Big Giftpacks! In addition, your design might appear in the game itself! It's time to unleash your design talent!

How to Submit

1. Share your design to Gaia Odyssey Players Community (Official Group), hashtag (#) Gaia Odyssey and mention (@) Gaia Odyssey as well as Gaia Odyssey Players Community (Official Group).

*If you are not a member of Gaia Odyssey Players Community (Official Group) yet, you have to make application with the group admin and join the group before you submit your design.

2. After submitting your work and filling in the information about your design and game character, you can wait for other players to Like your post.

3. Do not upload your design in the comments section of this post or you will be disqualified.

Design Review

All entries and registration information will be verified. We reserve the right to disqualify an contestant for any of the following infringements:

1. The contestant does not meet the winning requirements;

2. The contestant has provided false or invalid information;

3. The entry infringes on the trademark, copyright, patent, portrait right or other legal rights and interests of a third party. The contestant plagiarizes, copies, impersonates or steals the work of others and directly publishes artworks of other games/anime.

4. The contestant takes advantage of loopholes, steals event information or use other improper means to participate in the event.

5. The contestant, on their own or on behalf of a third party, disseminates false statements related to the event, or other statements that cause damage to the reputation of the event and the organizer.

6. The entry contains sensitive content (e.g. political, ironic, sarcastic, criticizing, sexual, etc.), derogatory content that damages the reputation of Gaia Odyssey and its organizer (including its affiliates), any content from products other than Gaia Odyssey or other illegal and unlawful content.

7. The contestant uses the entry for their own commercial purposes or authorizes any third party to use the entry in any form during the event period.

8. The contestant violates any event rules issued by the organizer, jeopardizes the operation of the event, commits or participates in any act that is harmful or unfair to the organizer or the event.

9. The entry is clearly unrelated to the contest or involved in any other competitions.

* For the winning entry, the organizer reserves the right to request the winner to provide more design information for post-production. If the winner refuses to provide it, the organizer reserves the right to not adopt the design in the game depending on the situation.

Warranty of Rights

Contestants are required to guarantee and declare that:

1. The entries are their own original work and, as such, they have the right to submit the design in the Contest.

2. The entries do not infringe any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade names, industrial designs, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity or confidentiality obligations; or otherwise violates applicable state, federal, or local law.

3. As the content of Gaia Odyssey licensed by Eyougame is used in the entry, once the entry is submitted, the intellectual property rights are jointly owned by the contestant and Eyougame, and the contestant has the right of attribution.

Judging Rules & Criteria:

1.Entries will be judged according to their popularity, yet only entries that meet the contest rules will be rewarded.

2.In addition to Participation Prizes, the top 3 entries with the most Likes will be awarded a Popularity Prize respectively.

3.The 3 Popularity Prize winners will be chosen according to the Likes received at the end of voting.

4.This contest allows only one participation per contestant. Repeated participation will lead to disqualification and ineligibility of rewards. 

Result Announcement

1.The result will be announced on Gaia Odyssey’s official website and official Facebook page, be sure to keep an eye on the announcement.

2.Please check your mail regularly for reward redemption. Winners shall follow the instructions given by the organizer for source file collection and personal information verification.

3.In the event that we receive no response from the the winner within the specified time, they will be deemed to have forfeited the rewards.

Other related matters:

1.All submitted entries of this contest are exclusively licensed to the Gaia Odyssey team. If you find any behavior of misappropriation, reposting, or infringement, please send us a private message at @Gaia Odyssey, or submit a complaint on the violation report page. The contestant exclusively authorizes the organizer to defend the rights and pursue the legal responsibility of the infringing party.

2.By submitting an entry, contestants are deemed to have accepted all the rules of this contest.
